Applicant Information

We were originally set up to house Irish people but we now house people from all over the world. You must be aged 18 and over, willing to share some facilities with others and able to maintain your tenancy with little or no support. This means you need to be able to take full responsibility for paying your rent (with or without housing benefit), keeping your home clean, and communicating and negotiating with your neighbours and sharers.

We have shared houses and bedsits across London but mostly in the boroughs of Haringey and Hackney. Please note currently applications are open only for Hammersmith, and Islington. Applicants for any other areas will be rejected.
We have a Life Skills support service offering advice and support on issues such as employment, education, practical skills, budgeting, and just about anything, as and when you need it.

After applying online all applicants are required to provide the following documents:

1/ Identification
Passport, Home Office ID, Driving License.

2/ Reference
Please attach a housing reference from your most current landlord (if it is a private landlord we require a copy of the tenancy agreement) or an employer/character reference if you have never held a tenancy.

4/ Proof of Address
