How to view your rent statement

All tenants have an account with our online rent system called My Tenancy. To access this, you will need your tenant key, which is three letters followed by three numbers, ABC123 for example, and we will need your email address and date of birth on our file.
Regularly checking your rent account online can help you manage your budget and rent payments and ultimately avoid going into rent arrears.
