How To Make Rent Repayments
You can pay your rent or service charge in a number of ways:
With your ‘My tenancy’ account
Please see the below PDF guide to set up your account. Account set-up info starts on page 3.
Direct Debit is the most convenient way for you to pay your rent. Please call your Housing Officer or the office on 020 8365 1751 to set up a Direct Debit.
Online through AllPay
Please note that the AllPay site will not show the current balance on your rent account. To find out your current balance please contact your Housing Officer or call the office on 020 8365 1751.
The AllPay App is a secure mobile application that can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play Store for your smartphone. After registering your details you will be able to pay your rent at the touch of a button.
You can use your AllPay card to make payments in a Post Office or where you see the Pay Point sign. If you have not received or lost your AllPay card please contact your Housing Manager or call the office on 0208 365 1751 for a replacement.
You can set up a Standing Order with your bank to make payments. Please contact your Housing Officer or call the office on 0208 365 1751 for our bank details to set up a Standing Order.
How to view your rent statement
All tenants have an account with our online rent system called My Tenancy. To access this, you will need your tenant key, which is three letters followed by three numbers, ABC123 for example, and we will need your email address and date of birth on our file.
Regularly checking your rent account online can help you manage your budget and rent payments and ultimately avoid going into rent arrears.
