You can pay your rent or service charge in a number of ways:
Direct Debit is the most convenient way for you to pay your rent. Please call your Housing Manager or the office on 020 8365 1751 to set up a Direct Debit.
Online through AllPay

Please note that the AllPay site will not show the current balance on your rent account. To find out your current balance please contact your Housing Manager or call the office on 020 8365 1751.
The AllPay App is a secure mobile application that can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play Store for your smartphone. After registering your details you will be able to pay your rent at the touch of a button.
You can use your AllPay card to make payments in a Post Office or where you see the Pay Point sign. If you have not received or lost your AllPay card please contact your Housing Manager or call the office on 0208 365 1751 for a replacement.
You can set up a Standing Order with your bank to make payments. Please contact your Housing Manager or call the office on 0208 365 1751 for our bank details to set up a Standing Order.
Over the Phone
You can make payments over the phone by credit/debit card. Please call the office on 020 8365 1751.
